A chance for those without firm plans for this weekend, to go sailing. This weekend is ideal for those new to sailing, or those wanting to extend their experience further.

If you'd like to practice the navigation, or learn more about sail handling, then that's what this weekend is about. The itinerary is flexible and the first thing we'll do on Friday evening as a crew is decide where we go, and set a plan to try and ensure you get what you want out of the weekend.

Here's the plan:

Take the train to Portsmouth Harbour and join the boat on Friday evening. On Saturday we'll sail to Brighton where we'll spend the evening in the marina before returning to Haslar on Sunday. Alternatively, if the crew is made up of people sailing for the first time, then perhaps we'll not sail as far.

About the Skipper:
